Warranty
Only the below items have a Limited Lifetime Warranty:
o Motorcycle Tunes Amplified/UnAmplified Chrome Speakers
o
Motorcycle Tunes Volume Control (VC-TM, and MT-VC)
Motorcycle Tunes Warranty ensures our products to be defect free for the lifetime of the product. If any part is determined to be of defect under the guidelines of this warranty, Motorcycle Tunes will repair or replace the covered item for you at a discounted price. The warranty is only valid to the original purchaser, and original address.
If a product is believed by Motorcycle Tunes to have been installed incorrectly, abused, mishandled, packaged or shipped incorrectly by the customer, the item will NOT qualify for money back, or exchange. Motorcycle Tunes holds the rights to deny a refund, repair or exchange if we believe the above to be true.
Any items that need to be replaced will incur the cost of item/s replacement. We will contact you regarding any additional fees, if there are any before we complete the repair on your order. Customer is responsible paying all shipping charges, and any replacement part fee's. Motorcycle Tunes will not ship any replacement item, without first receiving the defective item back at our warehouse, unless the replacement item is purchased by clicking here.
You must use the below link and email us, stating the problem that you are having, and we will reply with instructions and a a Repair Authorization (RA#). We will not accept ANY returns unless they are plainly marked with the RA# on the outside of the box.
When you email us, include the following in the
body of the email.
o Your Full name and shipping address
o Name or describe the item that is defective
o Describe what is wrong with the item
o Did you do any testing to determine where or what the problem is?
If your not sure if it is the speakers or amplifier that is defective, then you can mail both back or everything back to us. We do not need any wires or the mounting clamps to repair the item, so you can leave them on your bike. If you are sending multiple items back, be sure to mark the defective item/s if known.
If a speaker needs to be replaced, it will be replaced in pairs, with our current speaker model. So you will need to mail the speakers back as a pair, so that if the speaker model has changed since your order, both speakers can be replaced, and will match.
