Lifetime Warranty for the Motorcycle Tunes In-Line Volume Control

If any part of our In-Line Volume Control is determined to be of defect under the guidelines of this warranty, the item/s will be repaired.  The warranty date begins the day that the item is shipped, and is only granted to the original purchaser and original address. We reserve the option to replace the item with one that is equal or of greater quality. When the item is shipped for repair, you will also need to include payment for return shipping of the item back to you.

If your Motorcycle Tunes In-Line Volume Control is not functioning correctly,
Follow the Below Steps

1. Click here to Request a RA#
2. You will then need to mail the defective in-line volume control back to us freight paid along with a check or money order in the amount of $12.95 for shipping and handling.
3. Once we receive the defective item and the return shipping, we will repair your Motorcycle Tunes Speakers and ship it back to you.

You will need to request a RA#.
Orders will be refused if they do not have a RA# on the shipping label.

If a repair is a product of any relation to damage of product due to product misuse, neglect, mistake, or modification, weather damage. This warranty does not cover engine noise, static. Item will only be covered with the warranty/return/exchange upon our discretion, and any believed misuse, abuse alteration that may have contributed to the defect will require a item replacement fee. We will contact you regarding any fees, if there are any before we complete the repair on your order.

ANY PRODUCT THAT IS DETERMINED BY MOTORCYCLE TUNES TO BE DAMAGED OR UNREPAIRABLE BY CUSTOMER NEGLECT, MISUSE, OR DISPLAYS EVIDENCE OF BEING INSTALLED OR HANDLED, PACKAGED, SHIPPED, IMPROPERLY, WILL VOID THE ABOVE WARRANTY AND OR 30-DAY MONEY BACK GAURANTEE. IF A SPEAKER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED IT WILL BE REPLACED WITH OUR CURRENT SPEAKER MODEL
