Refund Request

Only our MT-4AS and MT-5AS have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not 100% Satisfied the MT-4AS or MT5AS Chrome Speakers, they can be returned for an exchange or refund. You will need to first contact us for a RA#, make sure the RA# is marked clearly on the outside of the box, and then return the item/s back to us in AS-NEW condition within 30 days from when the  original order was shipped. We will issue you refund, less shipping cost. You will need to include a copy of your receipt, and mail the item back to us at the below address. Motorcycle Tunes holds the rights to determine if a partial or 20% Restocking Fee, or exchange will be issued, based upon the condition of the items returned. If a product is believed by Motorcycle Tunes to have been installed incorrectly, abused, mishandled, packaged or shipped incorrectly by the customer, the item will NOT qualify for money back, warranty, or exchange. Any item returned for refund, that is not in as-new mint condition, may incur a reconditioning fee, to bring the item back to in as-new condition. This fee will be deducted from the refund. Motorcycle Tunes holds the rights to deny a refund, repair or exchange if we believe the above to be true.Refunds or Exchanges will only be issued at the lower price of either the current selling price, or the original purchase price. We do NOT give refunds on items that are not listed above, these items only carry the manufacturer warranty.

Before a Refund is issued, you must First Email us with the below information

o Is there anything wrong with your order?
o Did you do any testing to figure out where or what the problem is?

We will reply with a RA# and further instructions.

The RA# must be marked clearly on the outside of the box. Any item that is returned without a RA#, will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.

We will then reply to your email with the refund options and instructions.
