Motorcycle Tunes Chrome Speakers (Amplified and UnAmplified) carry a lifetime warranty. We guarantee our Chrome Speakers to be free of workmanship, and material defects. If a this covered product fails, Motorcycle Tunes will repair or replace the defective item for the lifetime
The amplifier is NOT covered under this warranty. The Amplifier carries it own
warranty.
If any part of our Chrome Speakers are determined to be of defect under the
guidelines of this warranty, the item/s will be repaired. The warranty
date begins the day that the item is shipped, and is only granted to the
original purchaser and original address. We reserve the option to replace
the item with one that is equal or of greater quality.
The amplifier is not covered under this
warranty, it is covered under it's own warranty.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING FEE
Whether a Shipping and Processing fee is charge
or not, is determined by the date that the defective speakers are mailed back to
us. The box needs to either be postmarked
by USPS or UPS tracking number must confirm that the item was dropped off at the
carriers within 10 days of the order arriving at your door in order for you to
receive a NO Charge replacement.
Less Than 10 Business Days of original order
delivery - There is NO CHARGE for (1) speaker repair
More than 10 business days - There
is a $23.95 shipping and processing fee for a replacement speaker.
You will need to mail the below items back to us
o Copy of your sales receipt - If you don't have
your receipt you will need to email us, and we can reply with a copy of your
receipt.
o Defective Chrome Speaker/s
o Check or Money Order in the amount of $23.95 for Return
Shipping and Handling
If a speaker needs to be replaced, it will be replaced with our current speaker model. So you will need to mail the speakers back as a pair, so that if the speaker model has changed since your order, both speakers can be replaced, and will match.

ANY PRODUCT THAT IS DETERMINED BY MOTORCYCLE TUNES TO BE DAMAGED OR UNREPAIRABLE BY CUSTOMER NEGLECT, MISUSE, OR DISPLAYS EVIDENCE OF BEING INSTALLED OR HANDLED, PACKAGED, SHIPPED, IMPROPERLY, WILL VOID THE ABOVE WARRANTY AND OR 30-DAY MONEY BACK GAURANTEE. IF A SPEAKER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED IT WILL BE REPLACED WITH OUR CURRENT SPEAKER MODEL
